Dr. Colette has been the owner of Valette & Associates for over 15 years — supervising doctors in conducting evaluations on infants, toddlers, teens and adults.
In addition to being the owner, she continues to perform evaluations regularly, makes professional and community presentations, and offers private consultations to doctors regarding their own clients.
Prior to owning her own business, she was Assistant Associate Professor at Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She taught Psychological Testing and Psychotherapy classes to Master level students. Her most interesting presentation brought her across the world to Thanjavur, India, at Thanjavur Medical College, presenting to Psychology and Philosophy Professors.
Dr. Colette obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the United States International University in San Diego California. She has lived in Colorado for over 12 years, commuting part time to her business in San Diego. Dr. Colette is one of the few doctors who still conducts House Calls when necessary. |
